You will respond and provide resolutions on employee PC, (desktop, laptop, thin client), issues submitted through an online ticketing system. You will also assist and provide back up to Network Engineers and Administrators. At Telligen, we promote teamwork, efficiency, and results including a positive customer experience. Under direction from management and/or senior Support Specialists, and with support and assistance from peers, involvement will take place in all phases of the PC life cycle.The Gig:You will support end users in a timely and efficient manner with issues that include, but are not limited to: imaging, configuring, and repairing both physical and virtual PCs; removing virus and spyware.You will resolve performance and connectivity issues; as well as configure and troubleshoot peripheral devices which may include printers, copiers, audio, visual, telephony, network wiring, and data storage.You will provide assistance to Network Engineers and Administrators on special projects.You will install and remove software from PCs based upon user need and appropriate licensing.You will dispose of old or obsolete hardware and software according to business procedures.You will document problem solutions within the ServiceNow system.You will report inventory changes for software, PCs, and printers.What you need to make the cut:This opportunity is open to college students currently enrolled in Information Systems related degree program.Current GPA of 3.0 or higher required, with a Junior or Senior status.Basic desktop/IT Support skills required.Why Telligen... for over 45 years Telligen has been dedicated to the delivery of innovative health management solutions which improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare for consumers and providers.
