This internship role will work along-side the FIT staff to support project and operational needs of the Business users. Qualified candidates must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for Fall term 2022.
Assist Project Managers to define project plans and tasks needed to implement changes; assist in the definition, analysis, testing and documentation for upgrades, replacements, or enhancements to various Athene financial systems applications
Assist in the daily operations and support of Athene financial system applications
Supports process changes in the course of doing business (onboarding transactions, fielding change requests from process owners)
Assists the team in the timely execution of daily, monthly, and quarterly close support activities
Perform necessary administrative functions such as metrics, communications, balance & controls, project reporting and updates
Qualifications and Experience:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent work experience
Prior training or experience in business analysis or financial analysis
Prior training or exposure to finance systems and business systems/process analysis
Experience gathering requirements, probing into problems, documenting specifications
Experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel; Optional: SQL, Access, Power Point, Business Objects,
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks
Previous internship experience preferred
