Our Residential team is growing services and searching for dedicated, energetic full-time or part-time, weekend Youth Associate on our Waverly Bremwood campus this Summer. The youth we serve are seeking a life of greater confidence and independence, and it's our privilege to empower them toward success every day.

The weekend package is available as full-time or part-time. Full-time Youth Associates will work three shifts each weekend - Friday 4pm overnight through Saturday 7am, Saturday 11pm overnight through Sunday 9am, and Sunday 4pm overnight through Monday 7am. Part time Youth Associates will work three shifts each weekend - Friday 4-11pm, Saturday 9am-11pm, and Sunday 9am-11pm.


Youth Associates work directly with the children on campus, providing them with structure and support in their daily lives. Every day, you can give these children with the safe, positive, and therapeutic environment they need to thrive. The Youth Associate's responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating group and individual sessions

  • Assisting in daily chores

  • Completing appropriate documentation, such as daily logs

  • Providing appropriate activities to the children on our campus

Salary and Benefits

This role has the option of earning more than the actual salary. With a few extra 8-hour shifts each month, the person in this role can add thousands of dollars to their paycheck each year!


Candidates must have a high school diploma, or a GED.

This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and the criminal history check.
