POSITION TITLE: Summer helper
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
REPORTS TO: Director of Buildings & Grounds and Building Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, preferred
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keeps building and premises including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas neat and clean at all times.
Sweeps/vacuums and dusts classrooms.
Scrubs, hoses down and disinfects restroom/locker room floors daily and cleans all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains daily.
Washes windows on both the inside and outside at least twice each year and more frequently if necessary.
Keeps the grounds free from rubbish.
Performs such yard-keeping chores as grass cutting, tree trimming, and the like, as necessary, to maintain the school grounds in a safe and attractive condition.
Keeps all floors in a clean and attractive condition and in a good state of preservation.
Moves furniture and equipment within buildings as required for various activities and as directed by the principal and supervisor.
Performs other such duties as assigned by the Director of Building and Grounds.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
