If you are enrolled in a two-year or four-year agriculture degree program, we have Sales Internships available to apply what you have learned in school to real-world experience with C & B.

Essential Duties:

  • Students will have the ability to work side-by-side with Sales Representatives serving our customers and gaining experience you will not soon forget. Individuals will develop comprehensive knowledge in relationship development, selling skills, John Deere product knowledge, precision agriculture, inventory management and so much more.

  • Selected students will get part-time on-the-job experience at a one of our locations while you attend the school of your choice. We offer competitive wages and great hands-on experience. When you graduate, full-time opportunities are available to continue your growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of John Deere equipment and precision products

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store locations and customers

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and internet functions

  • Enrolled in 2-year or 4-year ag related degree program

  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
