ChildServe Administrative Internship in Johnston, Iowa
The Administrative Internship will provide project and administrative support to Human Resources. In this position, you will have the ability to work in a variety of areas and on significant projects.
What You Will Do
Operations support for Human Resources
Create process documentation for welcome center procedures
Create and facilitate family surveys to support our Autism Program
Collaborate with other departments
Interact with the diverse families we serve
What You'll Need
An interest in human resources, non-profit management, community development, or health and human services
Ability to be a self-starter
Effective communication skills
Flexibility, creativity and organization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
The ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
- 20 - 40 hours/week, during standard business hours. Can be flexible with class and other work schedules.
Internship is unpaid (for college credit/degree requirements)
