Responsibilities

Project Manager Intern is responsible for performing a broad array of program support duties pertaining to projects, events, and other initiatives. Typical activities will include project management/support, interacting with other team members, and other assigned activities.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with other ACT team members

Attend meetings and take notes

Update project milestone boards

Support events planning activities

Schedule meeting rooms

Coordinate schedules, agendas and documentation

Work effectively with leadership and team members on project management

Qualifications

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Working toward degree (preferably in Business, English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Strong communication and organization skills.

Software Package: Work, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Project

Required Level: Basic
