Locates and records information about network hardware locations. Inspects network equipment. Utilizes ESRI and Excel to record information per the Information Technology System standards. Assists support staff in the field to locate, record and manage field assets. Provides updates, status and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/ or users, via voice mail, e-mail or in-person communication. Maintains and creates records descriptions according to established procedures. Assists help desk and other Information Technology System groups. Accurately estimates effort required for assigned tasks. Prioritizes tasks and communicates status to team members. May occasionally perform higher classified work for the purpose of training and professional development. Moves items from different department to Information Technology Systems and/ or Tower Place. Assists GIS staff to locate and document field assets. Conducts self in a manner which promotes and supports diversity and inclusivity in the workplace and community.
