Crystal Group Human Resources Intern in Hiawatha, Iowa
Performs various entry-level Human Resources functions in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Duties:
Schedules interviews and responds to applicant inquiries. Participates in the interview and onboarding process.
Assists new hires with online paperwork and using the HRIS.
Enrolls employee in training sessions, tracks training, and partners with management to develop documents and processes.
Assists with front desk coverage and safety committee.
Provides miscellaneous support to the HR Team as needed, including scanning of documents, and assisting employees with online goal setting.
May assist in career fairs and company internship coordination.

Education: Junior or Senior level college courses related to Psychology, HR, or Business Management.Experience: Experience using Microsoft Office and the internet is necessary.
