Customer Service Intern

Responsible for assessing and handling customer account needs, processing customer account information and assisting other customer service staff as needed.

Greets and acknowledges customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Process all transactions accurately and completely.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
Maintain appropriate internal controls to protect the bank’s resources.
Responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable law and regulations.
Participates in civic and community activities to generate visibility for the bank.
Other duties as assigned.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position can be full or part time depending on individual’s schedule. Schedule is flexible and will be determined by immediate supervisor and based on department needs.
Some travel may be required for this position.

- Currently enrolled in high school or college classes or High School Diploma if not currently taking classes.
