You will gain valuable professional experience in the field of civil engineering. This could include design tasks within the office and possibly some support with construction observation. Typically is an individual enrolled in undergraduate engineering studies or a graduate without prior experience. Strong interest in roadway design required.QualificationsRequired QualificationsEnrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Civil engineering programPrefer 2 years completed toward degree.Min 3.00 GPA preferred.Looking for people who enjoy solving difficult technical problems using their education and previous experiences.Attention to detail a must.Must possess strong problem solving, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Understanding of AutoCAD or MicroStation a plus but not required.Preference will be given to local candidates.Why HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for; it's also about what you do and how you do it.
