About Our Internship Program
We are currently seeking motivated, self-driven students for the Summer 2022 Internship Program located at our STANLEY Infrastructure. Selected students will participate in a meaningful and challenging 10-week summer internship that will allow each intern to have exposure to different facets of the STANLEY Infrastructure business and receive critical business skills and career and personal development training. Interns will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects within a cross-functional team of professionals and get exposure to leaders within the business.

Who You Are
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Working towards a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality or a Technical degree in Science.
Basic understanding of quality fundamentals (root cause analysis, 5 why’s, etc.)
Proven Leadership in and out of the classroom
Fast learner and someone that takes the initiative
An active participant on a team or in a collaborative environment
Knowledge/Skills of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Project Management/Organizational Skills
Work safely while in the factory and encourage others to do so as well
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to sit for long periods of time, bend, stretch, stoop, stand and reach as necessary.
• Ability to speak, hear & see clearly.

What You’ll Do
We are currently seeking motivated engineering students. Selected students will be placed into roles including Manufacturing Engineering, New Product Development, Applications Engineering and Continuous Improvement. Interns will have exposure to different facets of the Infrastructure business (most specifically in the Attachments business) and receive critical business skills and career and personal development training. Interns will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects within a cross functional team of professionals and get exposure to leaders within the business.
