About Our Internship Program
We are currently seeking motivated, self-driven students for the Summer 2022 Internship Program located at our STANLEY Infrastructure. Selected students will participate in a meaningful and challenging 10-week summer internship that will allow each intern to have exposure to different facets of the STANLEY Infrastructure business and receive critical business skills and career and personal development training. Interns will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects within a cross-functional team of professionals and get exposure to leaders within the business.

Who You Are
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Minimum education: 1 year of college completed.
Exposure to Solidworks.
A positive attitude and ability to interact directly with front line employees in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to acclimate to a manufacturing environment.
Ability to meet project deadlines.
Ability to work with parties from nearly every group under roof.
Ability to collaborate.
•Ability to sit for long periods of time, bend, stretch, stoop, stand and reach as necessary.
• Ability to speak, hear & see clearly.
• Ability to work directly on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do
Assist with SPS 12 Steps and the creation of Work Instructions and VJES. Participate on kaizen events, design work of items needed in production (e.g. carts, etc.) and shop floor layouts for future moves in the facility.
