This role will be given an opportunity to learn the basic human resources principles applied in today's business world.?What you'll do:Partner with the Organizational Development team to plan and coordinate employee programs and trainingHelp design and deliver employee focused trainingAssist with production of Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)Help researching best practices for employee pulse surveysAssist with analysis of employee training participation dataSupport the HR Technology team with auditsHelp the Compensation team with job pricingAssist other teams in Human Resources department with special projects.To be considered for the position, you must meet all of the following:Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree?in Human Resources or a related fieldCompleted High School diploma/GEDLearn more about what makes BCBSNE such an exceptional place to work by visiting strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspective and background will lead to a better workplace for our employees and a better product for our customers and members.
