Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing quality objectives for the business unit in accordance with RCI quality policies and procedures and in compliance with applicable contractual requirements. This includes leading a group of engineers, technicians, and/or administrative support employees in one of the following functional areas: Quality Assurance, Quality System Validation, Supply Chain Quality Assurance, or Material Verification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to evaluate processes to a given standard and basic knowledge of process capabilities.

  • Understanding of the seven basic Quality tools (checklist, histgrams etc).

  • Understands risk impacts on operational processes.

  • Basic understanding of using root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action concepts to resolve simple problems/nonconformities.

  • Basic understanding of data analysis.

  • Maintains a working relationship with a limited network of key internal peer groups, suppliers or other industry experts to benefit all stakeholders.

  • Able to develop and document ideas or view points supported by objective data.

  • Individual job duties may vary.

Basic Qualifications

Must be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
