Sales Support Internship
Help influence GreatAmerica’s future as a Sales Support Intern! This internship is designed to recruit the best and brightest Finance, Business Administration, and/or Sales students from two & four-year colleges and universities in order to strengthen our teams for the future. This intern will learn and develop through an established Sales Support training program.
This is a customer facing internship designed to assist in the professional development of early talent interested in working within a team to drive sales goals with high regard for operational execution in the day-to-day implementation of financing programs.
As a Sales Support Intern, you’ll:
Take charge of your learning and development! By participating in our Top-Notch Rookie Year onboarding program and developing a broad understanding of the values, beliefs, and processes core to GreatAmerica.
Make an impact! By focusing on all aspects of the financing process. You will shepherd finance transactions with our customers through each stage of the sales process including put not limited to:
communicating credit decisions to customers,
following-up on missing or incorrect information and,
gathering of data for forecasting.
Be an essential part of the team! By assisting a team of cross-functional members in building strong customer relationships through proactive communication and flawless execution of program transactions.

To be successful in this role you’ll need:
To have full-time student status in a 2-year or 4-year program with Business, Accounting, Finance or Sales major or minor required.
Excellent customer service skills combined with a high degree of accountability and tenacity.
Basic math skills.
To be detail conscious, responsible, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
