This position is for summer intern in the Integrated Product Support (IPS) Department. This person will work under supervision of peers and Leadership performing various tasks and responsibilities within Integrated Product Support Department. Candidate should be customer-focused, able to learn new tasks quickly, and able to solve problems with guidance. This position is an introduction to a career path in IPS and will focus on work within that discipline

Primary Responsibilities

• Collects data for and supports analysis of program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.

• Participates in the collection of information to help develop accurate program estimates to monitor EV performance.

• Mentors with senior Integrated Product Support Manager to gain better understand of role.

• Works with analyst to understand data and analysis provided to program.

• Learns the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.

• Gains understanding of Collins Management System (CMS).

• Maintains a high-level of organization, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets deadlines with supervision.

• Communicates with peers and internal customers to drive results.

  Basic Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
