The Navigation and Sensing Systems (NSS) organization is a growing business area developing the next generation of advanced military navigation systems. The NSS Hardware Engineering team is in need of qualified electrical engineering students to support the design and development of state of the art military navigation products. The ideal candidate shall have a well-rounded electrical engineering educational background; one that has demonstrated training in multiple aspects of electrical engineering such as RF, digital, FPGA, and analog design. This is an individual contributor role in which the co-op is part of a collaborative team of hardware design engineers responsible for developing key subsystems for the Airborne and Weapons military GPS product lines.

The successful candidate will be involved in the entire design process including requirements capture, design and PCB layout, integration, verification, transition to manufacturing, collateral support and customer interface. The applicant should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as close integration with other team members including hardware, software, systems, test and operations as necessary.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Applicant must be pursuing a STEM degree in an applicable engineering or science field.
