Raytheon Technologies Digital Technology Workplace Services Intern(Summer 2023)(Remote) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

DT Workplace Services organization is responsible for providing a framework that effectively and efficiently manages end to end digital service capabilities, aligning with business needs. This role is designed to assist in managing complex projects and service challenges facing Digital Technology to improve the Collins digital customer experience. Opportunities include Workplace of the Future and Employee Onboarding Experience.

Digital Workplace Services is responsible for providing superior end user support services, end to end service management and the digital enablement of Collins workplace of the future. This role will oversee the strategy and operations of Onboarding of Collins employees.

This is a Summer internship beginning May/June 2023 and the work is fully remote.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assists with tasks related of digital onboarding processes

  • Assist with managing milestones and end to end projects relating to design, configuration, deployment, and changes to services

  • Identifies and drives initiatives through to completion

  • Responsible for acting with limited oversight to address complex challenges facing Digital Technology

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • Must be a U.S Citizen or U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
