Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquires skills and knowledge to perform routine activities under direct supervision.

  • Analyzes, estimates, or reports production costs relative to scheduling, cost, energy consumption or logistics in order to track production data.

  • Works with cross-functional teams and internal customers across the business unit to acquire a better understanding of the business and customers as well as securing the proper team for resolution of issues.

  • Identifies the concerns of the customer, probes for answers and actively listens to understand the customers’s business.

  • May provide input regarding physical layout of machinery, sequence of operations, and work flow.

  • Provides input on the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment for each project.

  • Understands and complies with all policies and procedures related to production.

  • Resolves production issues in a timely manner using strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Develops tools in compliance with procedures to aid production in efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.
