Description

ChildServe has an opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to join our team this summer! This paid position will be onsite at our Johnston office, and can offer a flexible schedule, M-F, general business hours.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with onboarding of new hires.

  • Complete administrative processing of new hires as assigned.

  • Monitor Human Resources emails and direct to appropriate contact.

  • Assist with personnel files and other document maintenance.

  • Assist with materials preparation and processes related to benefits, safety, and talent acquisition

    What You'll Need

  • Current enrollment in a higher education institution, preferably pursuing a degree in business, healthcare, or human resources related majors.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Ability to quickly learn and use software programs as needed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

  • This position is subject to COVID-19 safety requirements. Specific requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
