Description
ChildServe has an opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to join our team this summer! This paid position will be onsite at our Johnston office, and can offer a flexible schedule, M-F, general business hours.
What You'll Do
Assist with onboarding of new hires.
Complete administrative processing of new hires as assigned.
Monitor Human Resources emails and direct to appropriate contact.
Assist with personnel files and other document maintenance.
Assist with materials preparation and processes related to benefits, safety, and talent acquisition
What You'll Need
Current enrollment in a higher education institution, preferably pursuing a degree in business, healthcare, or human resources related majors.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to quickly learn and use software programs as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
